NEED HELP WITH MY KENWOOD DNN770DH radio!!!

ok, I have a KENWOOD DNN770HD radio. I had a local shop install it because i heard my car, a 2003 monte ss was a headache. so, they did it and messed up. i spent some time correcting the problem. a year later, the car got wrecked so I bought another monte. i just got done installing it and it seemed to have saved my previous account. when it prompts me to sign in with my name, it go to type in the password and it gives me an message "PARK OFF", and does not allow me to type in a password at all! what is happeneing?

I'm pretty sure you don't have the parking brake trigger hooked up.

I couldn't find it in the manual. You might try emailing Kenwood.
