Connecting both an amp and sub to my fuse box

Ideally I'd like to connect both my underseat sub and amp to my battery but getting through my firewall is proving to be quite difficult. Would using a blade fuse adaptor in to connect them both to my fuse box in the glove compartment provide sufficient power? Or are these adaptors just designed for one item only?
