Head unit question

Hello everyone, I have a GMC sierra 2001 and have a alpine CDA 7893 professionally installed. I am looking at upgrading to the alpine CDE-HD149BT. My question is , will I be able to slide the old unit and use the same plug adapter and slide the new one in without rewiring the whole thing?

Thanks TSF
