Upgraded Box Package add $15 (Ported boxes only)
Box is made of 3/4" shop grade MDF and includes a double flush mount baffle, 45ed coroners ,rounded port edges,
terminal cup, wiring, and your choice color carpet*


Premium Box Package add $30 (Ported boxes only)
Box is made of 3/4" shop grade MDF and includes a double flush mount baffle, 45ed coroners, rounded port edges
and port face, terminal cup, wiring, routed dados and your choice two tone carpet*



* Color choices for carpet are as follows Jet Black, Charcoal Grey and Medium Grey. OEM Colors available**

Additional Options

Box Construction

Boxes are constructed with 3/4" shop grade MDF and come standard with a double flush mount baffle

Box made out of 3/4" Birch
Half the weight of 3/4" MDF and twice the strength
2.5 cubic feet and under-----------------$25
4 cubic feet to 2.6 cubic feet------------$35
6 cubic feet to 4.1 cubic feet -----------$45

45ed coroners-------------------------------------------$5
45's will be placed in the port and all other corners in the box

Rounded port walls-------------------------------------$3
All port edges will be rounded over using a 3/8" round over

Rounded port walls and port face------------------$5
All port edges and port face will be rounded over using a 3/8" round over

Routed dados-------------------------------------------$15
Increases box joint strength and makes a tighter seal

Fiberglass resin
Inside of the box will be resined to help increase SPL and lower box resonance

I guess you could say I had a three month vacation but before I left I made sure to finish up all the work I had at the time. I will be back here with full force but I will not be building on the same scale as I was before. (Will be building around 1-3 boxes a week where I used to build 10+)

That's probably a little extreme- Mike has been contributing and makes nice enclosures, has posted educational build logs (much like yourself). The forum is probably a better place based on his contributions and yours, as I'm sure they have been inspirational for members to DIY .

PS- how goes work on the van? Any updates?

the van is being re done..the Quad 15" are out and I'm
going to be putting in a Six Pack of 10" SSA Icons............

I'll add to the build thread when the time comes
