Alpine INE-W960 GPS not connecting

Anyone having any issues with the INE-W960? My navigation hasn't been working for two weeks now. Tried resetting the unit and still won't connect. When I go to the Nav screen, it shows 3 dots circling a satellite. When I go to the nav menu the strength meter shows not satellites and says GPS No Fix.

Can anyone provide any suggestions or a fix to this problem??

Hey Baz, what type of media does your system use to store your license and maps? Is it USB, SD Card or disc?
