Circular saw blades for mdf

I am going to build A custom sub box. My I have a 140 tooth plywood circular saw blade. Would that cut 3/4 mdf? or should I go with A lower tooth count blade? I do know it will dull the blade. But I only need to cut up 1 sheet of mdf. Your thoughts and suggestions are much appreciated.

A blade that works for plywood will work for MDF. It will dull the blade if you are cutting large quantities of MDF, but proper dust extraction can make the blade last longer.
