OK - thread is stickied.
I DO like the idea of moving it to Installation forum... Maybe eventually. It's good being here in General for now, catch more eyeballs. ![]() |

Trying to come up with Battery company links is proving difficult. So many companies have their own sites. But then don't list individual battery specs. I want links that allow the each CAF browser to compare spec's. AC Delco does not list spec's. Interstate does, Optima does. Exide?? Deka??? Not to mention Johnson Control's seams to be buying other battery manufacturers.
The retailers that carry their own brand have one of the above companies make them. Some even have multiple manufacturers. So many good Battery manufacturers out there. So few usefull links. Last edited by ComfortablyNumb; 04-24-2006 at 06:22 AM. |

![]() I don't have the time or I'd look - but what would actually probably be very helpful to anyone looking for a battery, I think better even than a manufacturer's specs - is a sort of "glossary of battery terms"... ...definitions for battery specs. What is CCA? What is CA? Etc. ![]() That way, at least they'd know what to be shopping for. ![]() |
